Dr. Saeed S. Alzahrani

Dr. Saeed Al-Zahrani is currently working as scientific consultant in National Committee for Mental Health Promotion and consultant clinical psychologist. He obtained his PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Nottingham (UK) in 1997. He obtained certificate in clinical neuropsychology from University of Nottingham, 1997, and certificate in clinical psychology from Manchester University, 1994.

Dr. Al-Zahrani has been serving in the fields of mental health for the past 35 years. He worked as acting head of the Division of Psychiatry, Sultan Bin Abdulazaz Humanitarian City, Director of the clinical psychology unit at King Fahad National Guard Hospital, and assistant director of Al Amal Hospital in Riyadh. Dr. Al-Zahrani worked as assistant professor in the Department of Psychology, King Saud University, and lecturer, Saudi Council for Health Specialties, Saudi Board of Psychiatry.

Dr. Al-Zahrani published twenty five original articles and abstracts in many reputable western journals, five books in Arabic one of these books is the winner of the Ministry of Culture and Information book award (2016), chapter in English, and one intelligence scale. He participated in more than thirty international scientific conferences, symposium and workshops, as a trainer, speaker, or attendee.
